What Pocket Sweepstakes is

Pocket Sweepstakes is a free discovery and tracking service. We list sweepstakes run by other companies, let members save and track their entries, and let members submit sweepstakes they have found elsewhere. We do not sponsor, administer, or guarantee the fulfillment of any sweepstakes listed here. Each sweepstakes is governed by its own sponsor's official rules — always read those before entering.

Some listings are found via automated web search and reviewed by a human moderator before they are published — a listing appearing here means a moderator approved it, not that we independently verified every detail with the sponsor.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and are responsible for activity on your account.
One account per person. Do not create accounts to game the points system.
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account.

Submissions and points

Points earned from unique, approved submissions make you eligible for our monthly prize drawings. Full eligibility requirements and official rules for each drawing are posted separately when it is announced.
Outside of an active drawing, points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
Submit only sweepstakes you believe are real, currently active, and legitimate.
We may reject, edit, or remove any submission, and may reverse points awarded for a submission later found to be a duplicate, invalid, or spam.
Do not submit the same sweepstakes repeatedly or in bulk to farm points.

Prohibited conduct

Scraping or bulk-downloading the site's content.
Posting spam, malware links, or content that impersonates a sponsor.
Abusing the reporting, comment, or winners-wall features.
Attempting to bypass rate limits or the moderation queue.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any listed sweepstakes is accurate, currently open, or will award a prize as described — sponsors control that, not us. We are not liable for disputes between you and a sweepstakes sponsor, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a listing here.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, without notice, particularly for abuse of the points system or repeated spam submissions.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
